These terms govern your use of the AI phone answering service (the "Service") provided by Catch It Line ("we", "us"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service answers telephone calls to your designated number using automated, AI-based voice technology, and can take messages, answer questions about your business, and send you summaries and notifications. Responses are generated automatically; while we work to keep the Service accurate, AI-generated responses can occasionally be incomplete or incorrect, and we do not guarantee any particular response or outcome on any individual call.
The Service is not a substitute for emergency services. It cannot place or route calls to 911 or any emergency service, and must not be relied on for emergency communication of any kind. Callers with an emergency should hang up and dial their local emergency number.
Plans described as "unlimited" are unlimited within fair use: call volume and usage patterns typical of a single small-to-medium business operating in the ordinary course. Usage materially outside that pattern — including automated calling, call-center-scale volume, resale of capacity, or artificial traffic — falls outside fair use. We may throttle, pause, or suspend the Service where usage falls outside fair use.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to use it to harass, deceive, or defraud any person, to violate telemarketing or communications laws, or to interfere with the operation of the Service.
Calls handled by the Service may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized so the Service can operate and so you can review your calls. Laws on call recording and disclosure vary by jurisdiction, and some require notifying or obtaining consent from callers. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws that apply to your business and your callers.
The Service is operated using third-party cloud, telephony, and artificial-intelligence infrastructure providers. The availability and performance of the Service depend in part on those providers, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Fees, billing cadence, and any trial arrangements are as agreed between you and us at signup or as updated from time to time. Fees are non-refundable except where we expressly agree otherwise or where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including (without limitation) where usage falls outside fair use, where we suspect unlawful or abusive use, or where necessary to protect the Service or other customers. You may cancel at any time as agreed at signup. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; clauses that by their nature should survive (including limitations of liability) survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities — including those arising from missed, dropped, unanswered, or inaccurately handled calls.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these terms or of applicable law, including call-recording and telemarketing laws.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Catch It Line is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
